December 10th Biddy Bids and an Anniversary Dinner

Today was our 9th Wedding Anniversary but as everyone knows that doesn't stop life from going on. Minnie still needed a walk. I am noticing at the moment a proliferation of Biddy Bids. When we get home she is covered in them and we have to do a Biddy Bid inspection. Which I did this afternoon - and which led me to wondering are these even called Biddy Bids? Is that just something that I have named them (and now George has as well) or is that the common name? And why on earth Biddy Bids? It sounds quite ludicrous when you think about it.
