April 29th The Things We Find....

So there we were, Minnie and I, on a wonderful Autumn amble. The sky was blue, the sun was shining - a day to feel good about life and all within it.  Then we turned a corner. Now I know we often come across Sofas on the footpath, but today was a total new find. A Queen Size Bed Mattress. And not just on the footpath - but actually on the road. Is this to allow people to have a short nap when they are on walkies? At this rate with all our roadside furniture finds, we can soon open our own used furniture shop. The mind boggles!

A late cheeky thought.... it would be hilarious to go back and actually make the bed up!  But someone would be sure to steal the bedding - and leave the mattress
