A sound like thunder was heard on the roof
I rushed outside to see the proof.
Yes Xmas lights galore had gone away
and in their place Humphrey was back and was heard to say -
I'm back from a month lying on my back
looking at the sky was okay but a bit slack
I'll tell you what it really feels good
to once again survey the 'hood
