Thanks Brenda. This is exactly what I am using for tonight's dinner. George has smoked a large Pork Hock, so am going to give that a go in the crockpot. One of the Maggi packages that came in the bundle is Pork and Honey - using loin chops which I will substitute with the hock, and I will omit honey - the thought of smearing honey over meat does not appeal to me :)
