That was meant to be Tuna Tartare, Avocado and Horseradish. I had some Tuna in the fridge, and this recipe was sourced especially to use the Tuna. Well the tuna had a dodgy smell and freezer burn, so a substitute was required. And Bluff Salmon fillets it was....
