Does anyone else use oven bags? I find them so handy especially when sticky sauces are involved in the oven. Tonight's dinner was a butterflied Mango and Chili Chicken, so the bag was perfect. I also always use an oven bag when doing ribs. Wonderful invention!
What's the tray Irene, looks like a mat of some sort? I'd be worried the bag will pop & OMG the mess!
ReplyDeleteThat's just a silicon mat Judy. Supposed to be for baking but I have never used it for that 😀 For ribs I have had the bag in the oven for two hours and have never had one burst- although I do put 3 holes up the top with a skewer (by the twist tie)
