I have never watched Masterchef - a terrible confession I know. But the highlight of the Ladies Night was a cooking demonstration by past Masterchef winner - Chelsea Winter.  What a lovely, down to earth young lady - my only bugbear? She uses and eats lots of butter and is skinny, skinny, miniscule skinny!
